Graham Walker
PRESIDENT, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
In 2015, Graham was named Fibrebond’s President and CEO. Over the past 10 years, the company has repositioned itself as a leader in the data center, industrial, and utility sectors. As the company’s work has grown more complex, Graham has pushed the company to remain creative and customer-focused while driving automation and expanding its manufacturing scale.
A native of Northwest Louisiana, Graham graduated from Sewanee with a History degree and Louisiana State University with an MBA. He and his wife Susannah live in Shreveport with their family.
Graham is active on numerous civic and church boards, most recently working with the North Louisiana Econcomic Partnership and the Biomedical Research Foundation.

Patrick Caraway
VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Patrick Caraway joined Fibrebond in February 2017 assuming the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Patrick came to Fibrebond from a regional oil and gas service company where he served as the CFO. He began his career at an international public accounting firm where he specialized in state and local taxation. From there, Patrick moved to London, England, where he worked in international tax strategies. After his move back to the United States, Patrick continued his work in the taxation of clients in the construction industry. Patrick is a certified public accountant with a degree in accounting and an MBA from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi.

Martee Gonsoulin
VICE PRESIDENT OF SUPPLY CHAIN AND MANUFACTURING SUPPORT
Martee Gonsoulin joined Fibrebond in November 2013 as Director of Production Planning and Control, assuming the position of Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Support in 2018. In this role, she is responsible for the purchasing, warehousing, production scheduling, safety, security, and sustainability teams. Martee has implemented supplier score cards to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining operational excellence. Further, safety programs implemented at Fibrebond - such as the behavioral-based safety program and ladder reduction project- have dramatically improved safety performance measures year over year since 2018. Martee earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Louisiana State University of Shreveport.

Ritchie Reid
VICE PRESIDENT OF MANUFACTURING
Ritchie Reid has been a valuable member of Fibrebond since 1992 and has served as Vice President of Manufacturing since 2019. In his current role, Ritchie oversees all phases of manufacturing and transportation, ensuring the efficient production of quality products that align with Fibrebond’s high standards and market requirements. In addition to day-to-day activities, Ritchie and his team have successfully managed some of the company's most substantial projects including the build of a new 300,000 sq. ft. equipment integration facility (July 2025), revamping the 230,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, and construction of an 80,000 sq. ft. warehouse addition. He collaborates closely with all departments to optimize manufacturing processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Patrick Bawer
VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, INDUSTRIAL & UTILITY
Patrick Bawer joined Fibrebond in 2023 as the Business Development Director for Data Centers. In 2024, he was promoted to the position of Vice President of Business Development for the Industrial and Utility sectors. Prior to his tenure at Fibrebond, Patrick held various progressive roles at a global intelligent power management company including Sales Director and Product Line Manager. In his role at Fibrebond, Patrick identifies market trends within the industrial and utility sectors. Within the industrial sector, Fibrebond is executing a multiyear project to supply 110+ electrical modules providing power generation and electrical distribution systems for the liquified natural gas (LNG) process. Patrick holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Houston. He currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.

Hector Moreno
VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Hector Moreno joined Fibrebond in 2017 as the Business Development Director for Data Centers. In 2021, he advanced to the position of Vice President of Business Development for Digital Infrastructure. In this role, Hector collaborates with the technical sales and product development teams to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships. Within the digital infrastructure sector, Fibrebond has provided electrical module solutions to some of the world’s largest and most advanced technology companies and providers including hyperscalers and colocators, as well as nation-wide fiber providers. Fibrebond has built, integrated, and deployed over 2.5 gigawatts of critical electrical equipment in modules delivered to jobsites across the United States. Hector holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Loyola Marymount University and currently resides in California.

Tim Clifton, PMP
DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Tim joined Fibrebond in 2006 as a Senior Project Manager and, in 2024, he was elevated to the role of Director of Product Development. In this capacity, Tim is charged with the responsibility of advancing Fibrebond's capabilities into new markets while cultivating competitive advantages. He conducts thorough analyses of market trends and customer feedback to identify strategic opportunities and ensures adherence to industry standards and regulations. Tim collaborates closely with the production team to monitor product performance and implement necessary enhancements. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe.

Sean Black
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Sean became a member of our Business Development team in 2014. He is responsible for identifying, cultivating, maintaining, and securing new projects by fostering relationships with both prospective and existing clients. His role includes analyzing market trends, developing strategic sales proposals, and managing the sales process to achieve revenue targets within the utility and industrial sectors. Sean collaborates closely with the sales and marketing to devise strategies and plans that support these objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management and resides in Tennessee.

Brett Dean
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Brett Dean joined Fibrebond in 2016 as a Business Unit Director and took on the role of Business Development Manager in 2019. Brett leverages his knowledge of the data center and fiber sectors to demonstrate how Fibrebond solutions address customer needs-- now and in the future. His hands-on experience ranges from the production floor to field services, providing a knowledgeable viewpoint to walk clients through each step of the process including opportunity discovery, quoting, onboarding and eventually project execution. Brett received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign and resides in Illinois.

Chet Carpenter
DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL SALES
Chet joined Fibrebond in 2007 as a Field Service Technical Sales Representative. In 2021, he advanced to the role of Director of Technical Sales. Leveraging his extensive experience within the company, Chet has effectively guided his team in formulating sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the effective communication of technical benefits to prospective clients. This approach has enabled the sales team to meet targets that are congruent with the organization's overarching business objectives. Chet collaborates closely with various departments to accurately translate customer requirements into precise technical specifications. He holds a B.S. in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Louisiana Tech University.

Steve Hammett
TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER
Steve has more than 15 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry and brings vast knowledge to his role as Technical Sales Manager for Fibrebond’s telecommunication and T&D customers. Steve has estimated projects for Fibrebond’s telecom, power and data center product lines and his detailed understanding of those industries allows him to provide accurate proposals to our customers on the front end of their projects.

Clinton Lee
TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER
As Technical Sales Manager for Fibrebond, Clinton oversees preliminary building design, estimated building cost and preliminary scheduling to provide clients the most accurate information. Clint came to Fibrebond just before completing his MBA from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in May 2015. Clint also graduated Cum Laude from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, La., with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Technology.

Jason Lacombe
TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Jason joined the Fibrebond team in 2024, bringing a wealth of expertise in construction estimating and sales. He has been dedicated to enhancing his technical knowledge by actively engaging with projects throughout the production and estimating processes. This commitment allows him to gain a comprehensive understanding of product specifications and intricate concepts, thereby addressing the diverse needs of our customers effectively. Jason received his Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University in Alexandria.

Courtney Mallory
TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Courtney joined the Fibrebond team in 2023, contributing two decades of experience in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Daily, Courtney's responsibilities include qualifying and assessing risks, estimating project costs, and designing solutions for utility and industrial markets. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.

Amber Martin
TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Amber joined our team as a Technical Sales Representative in June 2021, and became a certified First Responder. Amber brings experience in analyzing production data, management, and payroll. With Amber's various skill sets, she is able reach deadlines and requirements to ensure the customer is satisfied.

TJ McFarland
TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Starting at Fibrebond in 2005, TJ brings hands-on experience to his position as a Technical Sales Representative. TJ has worked with all Fibrebond product lines and integrated mechanical and electrical systems in Fibrebond enclosures. Having worked on customers’ highly-sensitive equipment and ensured that all systems are fully-functional and compliant with NEC standards, TJ has an eye for detail and knows how to meet complex project requirements.

Eugene Sartor
TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Eugene joined Fibrebond as a Technical Sales Representative in June 2021. He graduated in 1987 from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Eugene then went on to obtain his Master of Business Administration in 1998 from Centenary College. Eugene’s most recent position was in Regional Sales and Project Management in the industrial construction sector. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and reading. Eugene is striving to become an asset to the Fibrebond Sales Team and overall organization.

Lance Walker
TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Lance assumed the role of Technical Sales Representative March 2021. He graduated in 2013 from Louisiana State University. Lance previously worked in the civil construction industry for 6 years, those positions included: Estimator, Scheduler, and Assistant Project Manager.

Justin Gaskin
DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT & ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL & UTILITY
Justin joined Fibrebond in 2021 as a Project Manager, where he was responsible for overseeing industrial projects. In 2024, he transitioned to the role of Director of Project Management and Engineering. In this position, Justin oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of complex industrial and utility projects. He leads project managers and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet the required specifications, while strategically aligning engineering initiatives with the overall business goals. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

Brad Wallace
DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT & ENGINEERING, DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Brad began his career at Fibrebond in 1999 as a drafter and has since held various positions within the company. In 2024, he became the Director of Project Management and Engineering, overseeing Data Center projects and teams. He provides leadership to ensure effective project management and successful project completion in line with contractual obligations. Brad defines project goals and develops strategies to achieve them, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of customer objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies. He effectively manages projects in accordance with established procedures and federal regulations. Additionally, he has been a Certified Mechanical Drafter since 2003.
Engineering

Heath Harriman
ENGINEERING DIRECTOR, BSEE
Heath joined Fibrebond in the summer of 2017 as a Project Engineer for our Power division and was recently promoted to the role of Engineering Director. He works closely with Fibrebond’s project management team and our customers to produce highly detailed drawing sets for power distribution centers. Prior to joining Fibrebond, Heath worked for CITGO, where he gained hands-on field experience with a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment. Heath is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Jay Nethers
ENGINEERING DIRECTOR, BSEE
Jay joined Fibrebond’s engineering team in 2015 as an Electrical Engineer for the Power division, and he now works as an Engineering Director and oversees projects for our Genset division. Jay has more than 10 years’ experience working with power packaging systems, having worked previously for Holt CAT in Dallas. Jay is a 2004 graduate of Purdue University and Butler University’s Engineering Dual Degree Program where he acquired a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics.

Ike Nwaogbo
ENGINEERING DIRECTOR, BSEE
Ike has more than 10 years of experience at Fibrebond. Having started as a design engineer in 2006, Ike has played a major role in Fibrebond’s breakthrough into the solar market, which then led the company into the development of its Power division. Ike has experience in the conception and design of products for all of the industries Fibrebond serves. An honors graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Ike holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s in Business Administration. He is well versed in the National Electric Code (NEC) and AutoCAD.

Chris Pyle
ENGINEERING DIRECTOR, BSME
With more than a decade of design experience with Fibrebond, Chris oversees the design of some of Fibrebond’s most challenging projects in his role as Engineering Director. Chris has completed a wide range of highly technical designs, including single building and multi-module facilities for both concrete and steel Fibrebond products. Chris excels in reviewing and implementing the customer specifics to create innovative designs, which are code compliant, all while meeting aggressive timelines. Chris had seven years of experience as a Senior Design Engineer before joining Fibrebond, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

Austin Barton
PROJECT ENGINEER, BSME-EI
Austin joined the Fibrebond team in 2023, shortly after graduating from Louisiana Tech University. Initially, he focused on Utility projects and has since diversified his responsibilities to encompass both Utility and Industrial projects. His typical workday entails collaborating with drafters, reviewing customer specifications, and designing in accordance with those specifications. Austin possesses a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Civil Engineering.

Abigail Booker
PROJECT ENGINEER, BSME
Abigail joined the Fibrebond team in 2022, shortly after graduating from Auburn University. In her role, she manages projects for Data Center clients, guiding them from the design phase through to production. As a project engineer, her fundamental responsibilities include the development of project plans, resolution of technical issues, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Additionally, Abigail has attained a Master’s degree from Mississippi College.

Michael Dickson
PROJECT ENGINEER, MME
Michael joined the team as a Project Engineer after obtaining his Master's degree from Louisiana Tech University in 2020. Prior to graduating, Michael interned as a Mechanical Engineer and worked as a Land Surveyor. Michael continues to deepen his experience and knowledge of each industry Fibrebond serves.

Stephen Dy
PROJECT ENGINEER, BSEE
Stephen joined the Fibrebond team in 2024, bringing extensive experience in generator manufacturing from his previous role as a senior electrical engineer. He possesses expertise in designing genset schematics and diagrams tailored to customer specifications. In addition, he assisted and trained electricians and testers in the areas of genset testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning. Stephen also provides after-sales support and serves as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, which is a critical component of his current responsibilities. He earned his degree from the University of the Visayas in the Philippines.

Desmond Fonkwa
PROJECT ENGINEER, MSEE
Desmond joined the Fibrebond team in 2022. He oversees complex projects within the Data Center Market, undertaking the responsibility of designing modular buildings that comply with relevant codes and fulfill client specifications as well as Fibrebond's quality standards. In his role as a project engineer, he addresses technical issues and project challenges, offering solutions to ensure that projects remain on schedule. Desmond holds both a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from Louisiana Tech University.

Jordan Holcombe
PROJECT ENGINEER, BSME
Jordan joined the Fibrebond team in 2024, bringing experience in HVAC servicing and industrial design engineering. Jordan collaborates with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and quality control. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Louisiana Tech University.

Scott Schober
PROJECT ENGINEER, BME
Scott Schober joined Fibrebond in 2018 as a Design Engineer. He has an extensive background in designing a broad array of products including commercial structures, industrial machinery and equipment for the Department of Defense. Scott has also been responsible for developing process improvements, upgrading manufacturing tooling and designing new test procedures. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University in biomedical and chemical engineering. He and his wife have five children and one grandson.

Lorrie Wright
PROJECT DESIGNER
Lorrie has invested more than 12 years at Fibrebond and brings 29 years of design experience to her role as a Project Designer. Lorrie is experienced in designing the electrical, mechanical and structural systems for telecommunications and power projects. She takes a hands-on approach to her job and works closely with production, quality and project management groups to ensure projects are executed to specification. Lorrie holds an associates degree in drafting and design from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
Fibrebond partners with third party engineering firms in our design process. We ship Fibrebond buildings across the country, and our engineering drawings are stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the state of final destination. As required in over 40 states, Fibrebond submits our engineering drawings through state-level industrialized building programs to ensure our compliance with all applicable state building codes.
Project Management

Michael Hochstetler
PROJECT DIRECTOR
Michael joined Fibrebond in 2015 after working eight years for Reed Industrial Systems, Inc., in Shreveport. As a Project Director, Michael brings years of experience in successfully leading projects from design to completion, as well as troubleshooting skills to meet unforeseen demands if they occur. Michael is a 2007 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Michael Anglin
PROJECT MANAGER
Michael has served in several roles during his career at Fibrebond. Michael started his career in 2004 as an Installation Technician. During this time, he worked with Fibrebond’s large telecommunications customers to write and develop a set of national standards specific to the installation of their equipment. Michael also worked in Quality Assurance before transitioning to his current Project Management position. His hands-on technical and quality experience allows him to ensure that all elements of a project are built and integrated properly. Michael and his wife, Kristyn, have three children and serve together as worship pastors at their church.

Stacey Colvin
PROJECT MANAGER
With more than 15 years in project management, Stacey joined the Fibrebond team in August 2013 as a project manager for telecommunications customers. Stacey works closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction from manufacturing to delivery. Stacey is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.

Mike Goodwin
PROJECT MANAGER
Mike assists Fibrebond’s telecommunications customers from building design through the delivery of the shelter to site. Previously manager of Fibrebond’s Fairfield, Calif. plant, Mike has expertise in all aspects of shelter manufacturing. Mike joined the company in 1985 in the Conduit & Electrical Department and was later promoted to supervisor before transferring to California.

Penny Morgan
PROJECT MANAGER
Penny has worked at Fibrebond for more than 25 years managing all aspects of projects for wireless clients. Among other duties, she coordinates client site requirements with manufacturing production and manages our quote to cash cycle for major telecommunications clients. Penny holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Louisiana Tech University.

Ben Reinhardt
PROJECT MANAGER
Ben assumed the role of Project Manager in 2020 after investing several years at Fibrebond. Ben began his career at Fibrebond in 2014 as a Manufacturing Engineer and later transitioned into a Technical Sales role for Fibrebond’s Power division. Ben’s knowledge of the manufacturing process, and his skills in problem solving and design help in providing the best solutions for Fibrebond’s customers. Ben is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

David Risher
PROJECT MANAGER
David joined the Fibrebond team in 2014 with two years of project management experience in the telecommunications industry. After working in our telecom division for several years, David is now a Project Director for Fibrebond’s genset customers. David works closely to coordinate all aspects of a project from when an order is placed until it arrives at site and has completed some of Fibrebond’s most complex projects to date. David is a 2010 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Connor Scripture
PROJECT MANAGER
Connor’s career at Fibrebond began in 2019, initially serving in the Electrical Department. He subsequently advanced to Technical Sales, where he excelled in cost estimating, fostering client relationships, and developing tailored solutions. Currently, Connor holds a position in Project Management overseeing Data Center Projects, where he applies his comprehensive experience to manage and execute complex projects effectively. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University.

Kalan Smith
PROJECT MANAGER
Kalan started his career at Fibrebond in 2012, initially assuming the position of Assistant Electrical Supervisor, where he developed a strong foundation in electrical systems and safety procedures. He subsequently advanced to the role of Quality Assurance Testing Coordinator, responsible for ensuring that all products adhered to strict quality standards prior to their deployment. Currently, Kalan holds the position of Project Manager, overseeing complex Data Center Projects. In this capacity, he effectively manages project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Kalan obtained his bachelor’s degree from Champion Christian University.
